Can you tell me what caused my blockage?

Yes, we often find evidence on our sewer equipment which sometimes indicates the cause. Alternatively we can do a more detailed inspection with our CCTV camera and locator.

Why do I run out of hot water so quickly?

A number of possibilities can be cause of running out of hot water. The tank may be too small for number of people in the property, or thermostat or element faults.

Can you repair electric hot water heaters?

Yes, we are licenced to repair and replace electric units as well as gas tanks.

Why is my water bill suddenly so high?

You could have a concealed leak. Leaking taps and toilets can also contribute to a high water bill.

Why does my drain water go down so slow?

You could have a partial blockage which is not allowing the water to flow quickly. This will require plunging or water jetting to clear.

I can smell gas in my house, can you find the issue?

Yes, we have leak detection equipment and tests we can do to find the gas leak.
